The leasing office was busy this morning!

We have some exciting news to share with you all. As promised, we are finally redoing our parking lot to improve your living experience. Starting from Monday, August 21st, the construction will begin. We want to give you a heads up about the zones that will be worked on first. Please refer to the attached color-coded map for a better understanding. Area #1, highlighted in blue, will be the first section to undergo construction. The work is expected to take 5-7 days, depending on any unexpected situations. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that all vehicles are moved from the blue section by 7:00 am on Monday, August 21st. Towing services will be available for any cars that do not comply. If all goes according to plan, parking in this area will be available by Saturday, August 26th. We will provide you with an update on Thursday, August 24th regarding the progress. Area #2, marked in red on the map, will be the next section to be worked on. Construction will begin on Monday, August 28th. Each section is expected to be completed in 5-7 days, again depending on unforeseen circumstances. We kindly ask that you clear the blue section by 7:00 am on Monday, August 21st, to make way for the construction. Towing services will be available for any vehicles that are not moved. If everything goes smoothly, this area will be ready to park in by Saturday, September 2nd. We will update you on the progress by Thursday, August 31st. Finally, Area #3, highlighted in yellow, will commence construction on Monday, September 4th. Just like the previous sections, each area should be completed within 5-7 days, depending on any unexpected contingencies. We kindly request that you clear the blue section by 7:00 am on Monday, September 4th. Towing services will be available for any vehicles that are not moved. If everything goes well and no inspections reveal any issues, this area will be ready for parking by Saturday, September 9th. We will provide a more accurate update on Thursday, September 7th. Throughout the entire project, we will be setting up cones and caution tape to ensure everyone's safety. In the coming days, you can expect more information and updates on these projects.
